3.2 Venue Requirements
(1) The standard for water treatment tanks is 4 tanks, and the dimensions of the tanks are detailed in the circulating water tank drawings;
(2) If the water treatment tank is above ground level, it requires 20-30m2; If the water treatment tank is below the ground, the host can be placed;
(3) The user's power supply should not be less than 3kw;
(4) AC380V voltage, three-phase five-wires (three phase wires with a cross-sectional area not less than 4mm2, one grounding wire with a cross-sectional area not less than 2.5mm2, ensuring reliability grounding);

3.3 Main Function Configuration
(1) Waste water treatment host 1 unit;
(2) 2 units of circulating water pumps;
(3) 1 set of water circulation pipeline;
(4) 4 wastewater treatment water tanks;

3.4 Water treatment process

This equipment mainly uses quartz sand many layer filtration and activated carbon adsorption many reprocessing methods to achieve the treatment requirements of Car Wash wastewater. Car Wash wastewater first stays in the initial sedimentation (oil separation) tank for one hour, allowing a large amount of sediment and some larger particles of sand and gravel to settle to the bottom of the tank for a minute. Then it flows back into the wastewater temporary storage tank, while removing a large amount of petroleum substances. Once again, a water filtration pump is used to pump water into a quartz sand filtration tank for many heavy filtration processes. The remaining wastewater, sediment, and small particles of sand and gravel are filtered out, and then enter an activated carbon adsorption device for adsorption. The water is adsorbed off detergents, petroleum, and other organic substances, while activated carbon also has a color and odor removal effect.

This method utilizes physical and chemical principles such as filtration and adsorption to remove pollutants from water, resulting in a good effluent effect. It also has the advantages of simple equipment installation, small footprint, and economical use. Meanwhile, setting up a set of anti washing equipment can make the filter material anti reuse and extend the service life of the filter material.

3.5 Configuration and Performance Parameters

3.6 External structure
(1) The skeleton is welded from galvanized model material and equipped with painted sealing plates;
(2) Galvanized sheet is used for sealing, with a surface painted with paint.

3.7 Electrical Control
The fully automatic sewage circulation system uses a Standard relay Control circuit, which achieves functions such as filtration, anti flushing, discharge, and water replenishment through control operation;

3.8 Installation and Commissioning
(1) Place the machine in the planned good position and secure it with M12 expansion bolts;
(2) Correctly connect the inlet, outlet, positive washing, and negative washing pipelines, and connect the equipment water, electricity, and corresponding facilities provided by the customers correctly. After serious inspection and no errors, commissioning can be carried out.
(3) During Commissioning, the first step is to perform a forward wash Commissioning, etc. After the forward wash water is stable, perform WashingCommissioning again and confirm that one is switched to the normal back to use it normally.

3.9 Safety measures
(1) The main circuit above is equipped with a corresponding load thermal relay to prevent overload of the water pump motor;
(2) The clean water tank is equipped with a has liquid level detection probe inside, which can detect high and low water levels. When the water level is too low, the water shortage indicator light can be automatically turned on to activate the water level alarm;
(3) Each water tank is equipped with a pre-set overflow pipeline, which can smoothly discharge when the water level is too high;
