KM-J1 system description:

KMRON Premium car wash equipment is mainly divided into water, electricity, and gas equipment tools, as shown below:

(1) Water hose single-drum reel:

1. The water hose reel is used to deliver: 5kg of normal-pressure clean water, 250kg of high-pressure water, and can also deliver foam wax, various types of car wash solvents such as mud-loosening agent, ion film coating agent, etc.

2. The inner diameter of the hose is 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm, and can be customized according to customer requirements. Length options are 10m, 15m, 20m, 30m, with working pressures of 5kg, 160kg, 250kg, etc.

3. Applicable locations: automobile 4S stations, auto detailing workstations, premium car wash workstations, factory assembly lines, etc.

(2) Wire single-drum reel:

1. The power-link reel provides power and can be connected to work lights, polishing machines, vacuum cleaners, dehydrators, and other electrical equipment.

2. Current options: 6A, 10A, 16A. Voltage options: 24V, 36V, 220V, 380V. Length options: 6m, 10m, 15m, etc., can also be customized according to customer requirements.

3. Applicable locations: automobile 4S stations, auto detailing workstations, premium car wash workstations, factory assembly lines, etc.

(3) Air single-drum reel:

1. The reel is connected to the air compressor to provide compressed air. It can easily connect to dust blowers, foam guns, air cannons, etc.

2. The inner diameter of the hose is 6.5mm, 8mm, 13mm, and can be customized according to customer requirements, with optional lengths of 3m, 6m, 10m, 15m, 30m, etc.

3. Applicable locations: automobile 4S stations, auto detailing workstations, premium car wash workstations, factory assembly lines, etc.

(5) Premium car wash small tools description:

Small tools mainly include: tornado blower, fine cleaning foam gun, self-flow water gun, as described below:

1. Tornado high-pressure dust blower

A. Product usage: Specially designed for cleaning automotive leather, ceilings, velvet, rubber, plastic, glass, various crevices, furniture, or blankets.

B. Features: Delivers a professional interior cleaning result

C. Overview: The tornado blower is a high-pressure dust blower manufactured using aerodynamic principles to atomize and spray cleaning liquid. It is used for automotive interior surfaces including leather, velvet, rubber, plastic, glass, seat belts, various crevices, furniture, blankets, steering wheels, and instrument panels. Simply spray and wipe for a faster, more professional cleaning result.

Advantages of the tornado blower:

A) Powerful cleaning performance using bio-based formula. Just one spray and one wipe removes various stains from genuine leather and velvet seams.

B) Safe on velvet and all materials — will not cause damage. Most traditional interior cleaning agents use aerosol foam and brushes, which can easily cause harm to surfaces.

C) High efficiency, strong stain-removal capability, saving time and effort, and maximizing interior cleaning efficiency.

Precautions for use

Leather products come in many different types (genuine leather, synthetic leather, etc.) with various specifications such as color, texture, hardness, and softness.

A) When cleaning leather, do not let the surface air-dry. Wipe and blow dry immediately, including the velvet interior.

B) When cleaning the dashboard, do not spray liquid into air vents or electrical components.

C) Important reminder: Use a dry towel and compressed air to thoroughly dry any appliances, front and passenger seat ceilings, or velvet surfaces.

2. Premium car wash foam gun

A) Product use: Essential for foam car washing

B) Features: This product is an excellent tool that makes car washing quick and easy

C) Use overview: Fill the container with car wash agent and connect it directly to the tap water pipe. A large amount of high-performance foam will be generated to cover your vehicle. Dust and sand particles are wrapped in the foam and will not scratch your car's paint.

3. Premium car wash self-flow water gun

A) Product usage: Vehicle washing

B) Features: 6-stage water flow regulation, suitable for different needs, leak-proof sealed joints.

C) Overview: Six-stage water pressure regulation for both high and low pressure. Universal design fits inner-diameter 12-15mm water pipes. One-handed operation switch with leak-proof sealed joint design for high quality and durability.

A) Product usage: Professional tool for auto detailing shops

B) Features: Professional, convenient, and safe

C) Overview of use:

Water hub: mainly used for vehicle cleaning. After use, the hose retracts neatly into the reel, saving space. Hose length is 10m.

Electric hub: mainly used for powering electrical appliances (such as polishing machines and vacuum cleaners). The extended cord eliminates the need to access distant wall sockets, reducing the risk of electric shock from wet floors. After use, the cord retracts into the reel for a tidy workspace. Cord length is 10m.

Air hub: mainly used for blowing water out of crevices after washing. A car towel is first used to wipe the surface, then compressed air from the air gun removes residual water from gaps. Hose length is 10m.
